Working along with local agency Supports Coordinators, individualized Care Plans are created to address each Clients specific needs

PRIVATE PAY
After completing an Intake Assessment, Clients will be connected with their Supportive Care Agent
MDHHS COVERED SERVICES
Clients who services are made payable by MDHHS must be referred into the program by their Supports Coordinator

Offering Community Inclusive Recreational Activities in A One-on-One or Group Setting That Helps Clients Make New Friends and Work Past Barriers To Their Personal Growth. We Offer:

Zoom Room
We created our COVID-19 Policy around being able to keep our clients safely engaged in meaningful activities. Joins us online for Bingo, Talent Shows, Games, Painting Be'Yond A Twist and many more activities!

In-Home Activities
We realize sometimes there's no place like home, so we created engaging activities and bring the fun to you.

Clients Will Take Part In Group Outings To Picnic In The Park, Amusement Parks, Concerts, Local Community & Sporting Events And More.

Assisting Clients Who Need Help Building The Confidence & Skills Needed To Be Successful In The Workforce. Agents Coach Clients By Modeling Appropriate Work Behavior & Ethics And Help To Teach Them Step-by-Step How To Work Independently.

Respite Care Allows Caregivers Of Family Members With Developmental & Intelectual Disabilities & Behavioral Concerns A Short Break.
